SEE THE GOOD

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.

12 Days of Christmas

Today marks the 12th day of Christmas. Within the church calendar Christmas is now over. Today is Epiphany. This is the mark of the Gospel revealed to the Gentiles. Expressly the coming of the Wise Men to proclaim the new born child as the King starts Epiphany. Epiphany continues until Ash Wednesday.

Just as we all have a variety of schedules and calendars that annually cycle, the church year also has this regular process and format to follow.

What is circled in RED on your 2022 calendar? Perhaps an upcoming wedding ceremony, or maybe the birth of a child is noted with plans being made and prepared. The 2022-23 school calendar was sent out in earlier Gazette editions and is now posted in FACTS under your Family Portal resources. This information will help you as you plan family vacations and appointments.

God walks with us as we continue our 2022 journey. Each day is another page to complete. We have this 365 daily journey. We may not know what will be contained on each page, but we know in faith that God goes before us and guides us on each and every step along the way.

May you feel God’s presence as together we walk through 2022 Seeing the Good. Happy New Year!!
