Women in Mission Appreciation & Service Drive-Thru

Calvary’s Women in Mission Core Team will host a free 2-hour, congregational drive-thru event on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
The collaborative event consists of 13 “stations” to provide our members multiple benefits and opportunities to interact with ministry team members from the safety of their car. Ministry Teams will be ready for you, rain or shine unless it’s lightening or extremely windy. Contact Karen Wright (317) 903-9917 with questions.
Members will be able to:
- To reconnect with our Calvary community
- To support ministry missions and service projects
- To show appreciation to Calvary ministries and staff
- To provide caring encouragement and appreciation to our members
- To offer info on upcoming congregational Bible studies
- To assist members to know current ministry team members
Traffic Flow Rules
- Do not block traffic flow on Shelby St. If possible, enter the south parking lot from the south and exit to the north.
- REMAIN in your car. This is for your safety and comfort.
- Ministry team members will collect our donations from your backseat or trunk
- Take your time at each station as long as there is not a long line of traffic behind you
- Stopping and contributing at each station is not required—but you are certainly welcome to stop at each station to greet fellow members.
