What a wonderful event!

Calvary Lutheran’s Praising Hands Puppet Ministry hosted a special “Breakfast for Jesus” event on Saturday, December 10th for church, school, and community members. Over one hundred and twenty-five were in attendance to enjoy a wonderful buffet breakfast, while the puppeteers presented the message of Christmas through three sets of songs. The songs ranged from upbeat, modern versions of classic hymns to Christmas parodies of classic pop songs by groups like the Beatles, the Beach Boys, Kool and the Gang, ZZ Top, and others.

The Puppet Ministry consists of twenty students in 3rd through 8th grade from Calvary’s school. They use their creative skills and humor to bring joy into the lives of others, both young and old.
