On June 10, 2019 the Fellowship Ministry Team hosted a fun and educational event at You are the Artist in Greenwood, Indiana.  This 2-1/2 hour class was attended by 11 Calvary members with no prior painting experience - we were not artists going into this!  Even though we may not have been true artists, by the end of the class our instructor Theresa Taylor had successfully led us through the basics of painting an outdoor scene. 

After an opening time of snacks, beverages and fellowship, the class began with general instructions from our teacher.  Soon after we began putting paint to the canvas.  And sure enough, by following Theresa's step by step instructions, our pictures began to take shape.  In the end, they actually looked like something!

This was a great evening enjoyed by all.  Thanks to the Fellowship team for putting this together!
