Summary
There are so many things that happen in our world that don’t get anything more than a shoulder shrug from us. We think, “What can I do about it?” As we look at our experience in the world and Amos’ experience within life in his day, we see the great killer of so many is apathy. In the life of Jesus, we see the exact opposite. We see a compassionate, caring, and concerned Savior, who is not far off from us. Instead we see the deep love that is capable of changing our lives and our world along with it.
