And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.
A State of Animation
When severe weather is forecast, we are placed in a state of animation. Our response to the impending weather provides time to prepare and then wait. Schools are on alert. Stores have experienced a sudden surge in shoppers. The weather APPS and media outlets receive significantly more viewership. Questions circulate constantly. Will the snow amounts forecasted be less, more, or on target? Will our children be home for E Learning? What does that mean for my work schedule? The forecast may impact plans and preparations previously made. We may decide to hold off on that activity or event as many may be cancelled or postponed.
God has provided for us a sure hope freeing us to live according to His good will. As Jesus ascended, He gave to His disciples and to us a specific command and promise. He has instructed us to share His Word baptizing others in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He has promised to be with us to the very end of the age. We boldly go forth in certainty and confidence knowing that He is ever with us no matter what forecasts this world and life may give.
