October has arrived. Our 1st quarter is nearing completion. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held next week, and fall break is just around the corner. As we reflect over the past 8 weeks of opening this new school year under the realm of pandemic precautions and protocols, we THANK YOU! Thank you for your partnership and the continued assurance that your child will be well cared for at Calvary Lutheran. Thank you for your prayers and support.

We all have realized life’s sudden changes since March. Most change is out of our control. This year is an understatement yet together we have been able to reopen and continue God’s calling to fully commit our plans into His hands. We ask the Lord to continue to grant to all His hands of safety, protection, and health. October is here. Stores have the fall items out on display. A sense of normalcy is felt. We are under God’s watchful eyes. He instructs us to wait for Him.

Mr. Stephen Rensner currently serves as Calvary’s principal. He was born in Chicago, IL. Mr. Rensner’s undergraduate degree in Elementary Education was conferred at Concordia Teachers College, River Forest, Illinois. He earned a master's degree in Administration from Butler University. He has served Lutheran schools as teacher and/or principal for 41 years. Mr. and Mrs. Rensner are blessed with two daughters, seven granddaughters & one grandson. A fun fact about Mr. Rensner is that his last name is a palindrome!
