Volunteers Needed! Contact Karen Hand to sign up.
Calvary's Holiday Bazaar
Come one, Come all -- you, your family, friends and neighbors are invited to our 53rd Annual event. You can find details at clcs.org/bazaar.
Saturday, November 12 | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Admission is free. The donation of a canned food item would be welcomed.
A variety of crafty and talented vendors
Holiday wreaths, wood crafts, Pampered Chef, stocking stuffers, handcrafted clothing are just a few of the vendors exhibiting at the Holiday Bazaar including several Calvary members! Check out the online page for the full list so you can make your shopping list.
So many great items in the silent auction
A sample of silent auction items is posted online at clcs.org/bazaar and will be in your mailbox on Nov. 5th. Be sure to stop by the cashier's table and pick up your bid number for this year's silent auction. Watch the closing times for each table carefully so you don’t miss out on your treasure!
Don't shop hungry!
The kitchen will serve breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls and more. Lunch is served 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with brats, soups and more. Kitchen purchases support the El Salvador mission.
Volunteer Opportunities — Earn Service Points
There is a critical need for adult and youth volunteers to work shifts for Friday and Saturday, Nov.11 & 12. Strong bodies are needed to help set up on Friday and tear down on Saturday. We will also need people with pick-up trucks at the end of the bazaar to transport unsold Attic items to local donation centers. School students and families can earn service hours! To volunteer please contact Karen Hand (904) 386-5565 or email at or you can use the bazaar Sign Up Genius, https://signupgenius.com/go/4090C4AADA92DA4F49-2022
Make a Donation to the Attic or Country Kitchen
Please bring PRICED Attic donations to the hall by the school office, Door 4, or baked goodies to the school gym, Door 2, after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11th. Your donation will be a huge help in the Bazaar reaching its goals of supporting the local food pantry, Hunger Inc, contribute to the updating of the lighting in our sanctuary, and replace the tables and chairs in the school science lab.
Support These Worthy Causes
Proceeds from this year’s bazaar will benefit the local food pantry, Hunger Inc, contribute to the updating of the lighting in our sanctuary, and replace the tables and chairs in the school science lab.

- Volunteers: The Holiday Bazaar needs a lot of volunteers. Helpers needed before, during and after November 12. Time commitments vary and some tasks can be as simple as making phone calls. Sign up in the Narthex, email Karen Hand, or sign up online (click here).
- Attic Donations: We will need used-but still lovable-donations for the Attic. The Attic cannot accept donations of shoes, clothing, building materials, or large electronics. Plan to price your donations. There is NO space to store attic items at Calvary, so PLEASE bring your PRICED donations Friday, November 11 from 3:30-7:00 pm or Saturday, November 12 from 7:30-9:00 am. If that is not convenient for you, please ask someone to bring them to Calvary at that time.
- Silent Auction Donations: There are many options for you to help make this year’s SILENT AUCTION a great success! You can either purchase or ask your favorite business to donate a gift card. (Restaurant and Amazon cards have been very good sellers.) You can bring new or like-new items for the Silent Auction to the church office. You can donate a service to be auctioned. You could ask the company you work for to donate items and/or services. Pick up a pink donation form at the Women in Mission table in the South Narthex and return the donation form with your item(s) to the church office. The sooner we get these donations the better. No need to wait until the October 23 deadline.
- Country Kitchen: We will need homemade goods like noodles, brownies, fudge, cookies, candies, breads, cakes, and pies.
