Note: There is a critical need for adult and youth volunteers to work shifts for Saturday, November 14. Strong bodies are needed to help set up on Friday and tear down on Saturday. We will also need people with pick-up trucks at the end of the bazaar to transport unsold Attic items to local donation centers. School students and families can earn service hours!
Calvary's Holiday Bazaar
Come one, Come all -- you, your family, friends and neighbors are invited to our 57th Annual event.
Saturday, November 14 | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Admission is free. Canned good donations will help the Emmaus Food Pantry.
A variety of crafty and talented vendors
Holiday wreaths, wood crafts, stocking stuffers, handcrafted clothing are just a few of the vendors exhibiting at the Holiday Bazaar including several Calvary members!
So many great items in the silent auction
Be sure to stop by the cashier's table and pick up your bid number for this year's silent auction. Watch the closing times for each table carefully so you don’t miss out on your treasure!
Don't shop hungry!
The kitchen will serve breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls and more. Lunch is served 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with brats, soups and more. Kitchen purchases support the El Salvador mission.
Adult and Youth Volunteers Needed

Make a Donation to the Attic
Please bring PRICED Attic donations (no less than 25-cents) through Door 2 to the hall by the gym after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13th. Your donation will be a huge help in the Bazaar reaching its fundraising goals.
Stock the Country Kitchen
Let us know what you’ll be donating by contacting Nellie Delk (317) 417-6232 or using the Country Kitchen Donation Sign Up link, https://www.clcs.org/countrykitchen. Donations can be dropped off in the gym after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13th, and after 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov 14th. Help the Bazaar reach its fundraising goals and share your culinary skills at the same time.
Support These Worthy Causes
Proceeds from this year’s bazaar will benefit the following:
- Replacement of playground perimeter timbers for improved safety
- Support of the Compassion Ministry Team’s Memorial Cross project
- Support for Johnson and Marion County food pantry, the Refuge
