Summary
How was David able to work through the guilt and shame of everything that he had done in the incident of Bathsheba and Uriah? How are we able to work through those difficult times of guilt and grief? David invites us to see confession in a different light—not as something that we have to do, but something that restores us to who we are. We bring our shame to the only one who can be describe as our true “hiding place” (Psalm 32:7a).
