Summary
The cross of Jesus offers us a priceless gift and yet it also offers a difficult challenge. The cross of Christ has won for us full forgiveness and freedom from all guilt, worry, or sin. And yet the cross of Christ also challenges us within our individual Christian walk to consider the cost of following Jesus in the midst of a world that is “adulterous and wicked.” May God lead us to see the true value and worth of our salvation and our sanctification in Christ.
