Bill and his family transferred to Calvary in 1970 from Concordia, Greenwood, and his family’s involvement in Lutheran congregations in the area stretches back to the early 1840s. In addition to his full-time job as the Chief Financial Officer for a national staffing company, he serves Calvary as Executive Director, previously serving in that role from 2000-2004. He has held numerous other volunteer positions within Calvary, as well as outside the church. He and his wife, Chrissi, along with their grown sons Fritz and Anton, live on the south side and are active members of the congregation.
