Amber Conrad
Christian School Ministry Team Director
With deep roots in the community, Amber Conrad has lived within a two-mile radius of Calvary Lutheran her entire life. She began her faith journey at Bethany Lutheran and became a member of Calvary Lutheran in 2014. Since July 2020, she has served on the Christian School Ministry Team, stepping into the role of Director in July 2025.
In addition to her leadership at Calvary, she is an active member of the Women’s Auxiliary at American Legion Post 355, where she continues to support local initiatives and veterans' causes. Professionally, she brings over two decades of experience in commercial banking, where she has cultivated a strong business acumen rooted in trust, communication, and strategic problem-solving.
Her work is grounded by the unwavering support of her husband, Andy, and their two sons, Anderson and Aiden.
