Mission:
The mission and objective of the Facilities Ministry is the proper maintenance and repair of Church property and the general protection of the congregation against loss or damage of any nature.

Activities and Contacts:

• Workdays – painting, cleaning, general maintenance, grounds work
• Ground Maintenance – mowing grass, trimming trees, weed whacking
• Landscaping – flowers and mulch
• Insurance – land, building, general liability insurance
• Snow Removal – parking lots, sidewalks
• Lighting, Heating, Air Conditioning – changing lights, fixtures, air filters
• Custodial Work 
• Copiers – church – maintenance contracts
• Computer Acquisition, Maintenance, Disposal – church and school
• Security System – alarm system and fire alarm system
• Utilities – electric, gas, water, telephone
• Parish House – general maintenance and repair
• Contracts – copiers, any contracts the church or school enters into are reviewed by Facilities – e.g., carpets at door entrances
• Plot of Land – Community Garden – mowing
• The Facilities Ministry is responsible for nominating Calvary representatives to the Concordia Cemetery Board – Josh Engelking
