Mission:

The mission of Lutheran High School of Indianapolis is to prepare young adults for a Christian life while providing academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.

Activities:

• LHSI operates through the support of an association of 16 Lutheran churches throughout the Indianapolis Metropolitan area.
• LHSI promotes the academic honors diploma from the Indiana Department of Education
• Academic Super Bowl teams
• The annual LuFest Dinner Auction
• Extracurricular Activities

• Students service opportunities for actively giving time, money, and service to charitable organizations throughout the year

Goals:

• Continue to offer opportunities and programming for all students to experience the love of Jesus Christ in their daily life.
• Continue to grow the opportunities of curricular excellence through technology, college readiness courses, and data driven student achievement.
• Encourage families and supporters to choose LHS as a pathway for education, impactful giving, and service opportunities.
• Continue in a school improvement plan that will encourage positive growth in all students.
• Expand the story of Lutheran High School to communities who have yet to hear of its mission.
